Q: Am I able to return my plotter/cutter for a refund or exchange for any
reason?
A: There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES of any kind on our cutting
machines. If the cutter is damaged in transit, does not work upon arrival, or is
defective in any way......we can exchange the cutter for the same item. Do to
companies purchasing plotters in the past, only to complete a vinyl job, then
return the machine.....we no longer offer refunds or returns on our
cutter/plotters.
Q: Am I able to return my collection for a refund or exchange for any reason?
A: There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES of any kind on our collections.
If the software is damaged in transit or does not work upon arrival we can
exchange the software for the same item. Do to the large amount of software
piracy, we, like most companies, do not offer refunds or exchanges on our
digital files. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q: What am I ALLOWED to do with the artwork from this site?
A: You can use our products on designs that you are working on such as
signs, vinyl, logos, t-shirt designs, posters, digital art, web sites, etc. If it's a
printed product, it's alright to use our vector packs. If a client hires you to
design something, it's OK to use our products in their design. It's OK to design
a t-shirt and then later sell that shirt as part of a clothing line. These are how
our products are supposed to be used.
Q: What am I NOT allowed to do with items downloaded from this site?
A: You are not allowed to resell, repackage, share, give away, or redistribute
our products in any way, for free or sale. For instance, taking a skull,
recoloring it red, and uploading it to your website for your visitors to
download the original vector form, or even a high resolution image, is
prohibited. Basically you are not allowed to make available the original
source files.
Q: Will these work with MAC and PC?
A: Yes, these vector files work on both MAC and PC.
Q: How do I import the images into my software to use?

Select Drive & Directory (your Cd-Rom) and locate the file you wish to merge

NOTE: Illustrator operates on a specific page size, thereby limiting the size you can resize to.
You will not be able to resize the vehicle up 2000% because of limited page size.
To solve this problem, you can work on the vehicle at the 1:20 scale and to find your final
dimensions multiply measurements by 20.

Troubleshooting
Select "Group All" from the Hypergroup Menu

Click on the Sort Button or select "Sort" from the Miscellaneous Menu
Click on the PREVIEW Button
With the Pointer Tool, select the black layer in front of the image and delete it
Click on the "Set Color" Button and choose "Set Color" from the Edit Menu
With the Paintbrush Tool, paint the body (and Door(s)) the color you wish the vehicle to be.
With the Pointer Tool, select the body and doors you have just painted and arrange them "to
back". (Edit Menu/Arrange/Send to back)
NOTE: Any other black images, e.g. doors, bumpers, mirrors may be duplicate shapes and
as such, may be deleted. Some shapes may need to be sent to back. When printing a white
vehicle you must place a thin black outline around the body and door(s) of the vehicle.
